Iso Energy has in its composition a mixture of simple of rapid assimilation), and complex carbohydrates; L-glutamine (largely involved in the repair of muscle tissue that we overwork during exercise, and which also helps to clean the ammonia we generate during exercise and it is toxic in certain concentrations); Vitamin C (a powerful antioxidant that helps eliminate free radicals and is involved in collagen synthesis); and electrolytes (which we lose through sweat: Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Sodium and Chloride).  It is definitely a drink that helps us recover during training and increases our resilience.

Total Recovery is a typical post-workout isotonic drink and my favorite for recovery. The Watermelon flavor is perfect for the summer.  It contains a mixture of dextrose, a simple sugar; whey protein isolate and hydrolyzed whey protein that promote the assimilation of nutrients; glutamine (which as I have mentioned before is an essential amino acid for muscle tissue repair); the famous BCAAs (branched amino acids, also involved in muscle repair), electrolytes (calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, magnesium, selenium, manganese, zinc, copper, iodine which we lose in sweat or through urine); and vitamins A, D, E, C, Thiamine, B2, Niacin, B6, folic acid, biotin (which prevent oxidative stress).
